This role is crucial for advancing the city's sustainability goals by evolving existing energy controlling into a systematic energy management system for municipal properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive capture, analysis, and evaluation of energy consumption (electricity, heat, water), maintaining a robust energy database, and implementing new metering structures. The manager will be responsible for preparing annual energy reports, providing optimization recommendations, and closely collaborating with the Climate Protection Officer to integrate energy management into broader climate protection measures. Key qualifications include a degree in Energy, Building, or Supply Technology, strong analytical thinking, experience in data management, and familiarity with energy controlling.
