Job Summary

This role is ideal for a reliable laboratory professional, such as a Biology or Chemistry Technician, seeking a combined administrative and practical position within a growing Life Science/Biotechnology company producing high-quality products under GMP standards. Day-to-day responsibilities are split between office-based work preparation—including creating, updating, and managing manufacturing and quality documentation (ISO/QM), planning batches, and handling production closure in CRM/ERP systems—and hands-on GMP production. In the production area, the specialist will perform weighings and preparations according to GMP guidelines, assist with manufacturing and filling steps, operate equipment, and ensure timely, compliant documentation of all activities. The successful candidate must have a completed relevant scientific education (e.g., CTA, PTA) and possess a highly structured, responsible, and precise working style, ideally complemented by initial experience in a GMP or QM environment.
