Job Summary

This role involves supporting the IT infrastructure for Nipro PharmaPackaging Germany, a leading global healthcare company specializing in pharmaceutical glass packaging. The successful candidate will primarily focus on 2nd-level support and higher, assisting the external Helpdesk team with local service requests, managing IT assets (setup, deployment, and administration), and maintaining local application servers. Key day-to-day tasks include network administration, managing the telecommunications system (configuration and device replacement), and installing specific user software on Windows clients. A strong background in IT/OT environments, excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems (Client and Server), and proficiency in both German and English are essential.
