This full-time, permanent position involves the autonomous management and coordination of daily operations across road construction, civil engineering, and cleaning services. Key responsibilities include personnel leadership, preparing and monitoring construction sites, and maintaining the entire road and path network. The role requires planning and executing minor civil engineering projects, drafting necessary specifications, and independently managing external contractors with a budget volume of approximately 200,000 EUR annually.
