Job Summary

This role involves taking independent responsibility for the planning, tendering, execution, and supervision of construction projects related to Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, and Air Conditioning (HVAC/S) systems within the city of Kassel's municipal buildings (schools, administrative offices, fire stations, etc.). The successful candidate will manage the entire lifecycle of building technology, from preliminary design through execution planning and site supervision, ensuring high technical and structural standards are met. Key responsibilities include acting as the owner's and operator's representative, managing budgets, approving contractor services, and actively contributing to energy efficiency measures and the implementation of digital planning and management methods. Candidates require a degree in building services engineering or a related field, deep technical knowledge of TGA (Technical Building Equipment), and familiarity with project management, AVA, and CAD software.
