Job Summary

Join a dynamic family-owned IT and Engineering firm as an IT Security Specialist, focusing on safeguarding critical automation and control systems. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring robust IT security measures, particularly within Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) environments. Key daily tasks include analyzing and mitigating risks, hardening control systems through network segmentation, and conducting vulnerability and penetration testing in industrial control networks. You will also be crucial in coordinating security audits (ISO 27001, KRITIS) and managing Incident Response according to the NIS2 directive. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, deep knowledge of industrial security standards (IEC 62443, NIS2), and practical experience with control systems like Siemens S7/TIA Portal and Beckhoff TwinCAT.
