Job Summary

This critical leadership position requires an experienced professional to coordinate and oversee all electrical maintenance and repair activities. The Team Leader will be responsible for planning and executing complex maintenance projects, ensuring the continuous operational readiness of electrical systems, and strictly adhering to all relevant safety and quality standards (such as DIN and VDE). Daily duties involve conducting detailed fault analysis, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, and meticulous documentation of all work performed. A key element of the role is cross-departmental collaboration to optimize overall production processes and the crucial task of training and mentoring the maintenance team. Ideal candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, proven leadership experience in electrical maintenance, and specific knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7) and industrial automation systems. Excellent German language skills are mandatory for success in this role.
