Job Summary

This full-time position in Augsburg, Germany, seeks an engaged professional to join a successful medium-sized aerostat construction company. The role focuses heavily on the manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and testing of complex electrical and avionics systems for gas balloons, gas storage units, and airships. Key daily tasks include creating specialized wiring and cabling, conducting rigorous quality controls, performing system tests and electrical measurements, and ensuring comprehensive technical documentation. You will also be involved in the further development and new design of electronics and avionics systems. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Avionics, or a related technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman), coupled with a strong affinity for aviation. The position requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, high self-initiative, and readiness to travel for international projects and on-site installation.
