Job Summary

This Development Engineer role focuses on high-voltage Lithium-Ion battery technology and Battery Management Systems (BMS) for critical sectors like automotive and rail vehicle engineering. Day-to-day responsibilities involve deep technical work, including fault finding, analysis, and tracking, alongside coordinating crucial validation and error correction processes. You will also serve as a key communication link between the company, OEMs, development partners, and suppliers. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and possess at least initial professional experience in battery or energy storage systems. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of functional safety standard ISO 26262 and practical experience in testing battery systems (Unit, EMC, thermal stability).
