Join Magenta Telekom, a leading provider and part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, in Vienna as a Telecommunications Systems Specialist within the Service Delivery Management Team. This crucial full-time, permanent role involves taking end-to-end responsibility for the support and ongoing development of complex, convergent customer solutions, including Near-Core ICT solutions, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey. You will be tasked with guaranteeing flawless operations for large corporate clients, resolving issues promptly, and actively managing both internal and external service providers to meet stringent service fulfillment requirements. The ideal candidate must possess several years of experience in project and process management, specific service expertise within the large customer segment (B2B/Enterprise), and deep familiarity with core telecommunications infrastructure, including WAN networks, firewalling, and WAN optimization, alongside knowledge of ITIL processes. Success in this role requires a highly communicative, solution-oriented, and accountable professional who is confident communicating in both German and English.
