Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Systems Master Technician responsible for the complete lifecycle management of customer IT infrastructure, focusing heavily on installation, repair, and maintenance services. Day-to-day responsibilities involve servicing complex hardware, including MFP copier systems, touch point-of-sale (POS) systems, and digital imaging solutions. The technician will also be tasked with setting up essential network components, such as Switches and Wi-Fi, along with implementing backup solutions. A core component of the job is providing exceptional first-level support, which includes both remote maintenance and effective on-site troubleshooting at customer locations. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education, experience in customer support, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position offering structured, family-friendly work hours, with additional compensation provided for rotational weekend support required approximately every five weeks.
