Job Summary
This hybrid role in Graz, Austria, is seeking a technically skilled professional to join the Managed Service & Enablement team, focusing on the operation and support of a complex public cloud-based platform for key account customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include tackling alerts, resolving customer requests, conducting complex technical analysis, and maintaining and expanding monitoring systems to ensure proactive system health. The specialist will continuously seek opportunities for process automation, utilizing AI technologies where appropriate, and collaborating closely with development teams to implement sustainable solutions and defect fixes. The ideal candidate brings a completed IT education or comparable self-learned skills, experience with relational databases (SQL/PLSQL), and a broad interest in cloud technologies and problem-solving, coupled with excellent English communication skills and a resilient, solution-oriented attitude.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH, TU in Software Engineering, Design & Management, Information and Computer Engineering, Data Analyst, or similar) or comparable self-learned IT skills and adequate courses.
Experience
- First relevant experience (0.5-3 years beneficial) with relational databases SQL, PLSQL (log analyses)
- Professional experience in operation and support activities for complex platforms
- Experience with (Cloud) Operation (nice to have)
- Experience with customer support (nice to have)
