Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and maintenance for medical practices, primarily focusing on on-site service in and around Lübeck. The IT Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of IT systems, including integrating new systems into existing network infrastructures. Key daily tasks include structured error analysis, resolution, and meticulous documentation, alongside providing general hardware and software support for users utilizing specific medical software (TurboMed, Tomedo) and products from Apple and Microsoft. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, strong German language skills, basic English knowledge, a Class B driving license, and demonstrates excellent customer service, quality orientation, and the ability to work independently within a small, dedicated team.
