This role involves leading challenging software application projects for Cancer Therapy Imaging (CTH) within Siemens Healthineers, driving innovative software solutions from planning through successful implementation. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all processes and stakeholders, ensuring technical and project goals are met while adhering to budget and delivery deadlines. A key focus is establishing strong partnerships with international development sites (e.g., Bangalore and Atlanta) and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in engineering or a related field, extensive project management experience in the healthcare sector (preferably CT or syngo), and a proven track record leading software projects in a multicultural, agile environment. This position offers significant flexibility, allowing up to 60% mobile work within Germany and potential short-term mobile work abroad.

Required Skills

Completed degree in engineering or a similar field

Experience

  • Professional experience in project management within the healthcare sector (preferably CT or syngo)
  • Successful work in software projects, preferably as an application project manager
  • Experience in a multicultural, agile environment
  • Experience handling corrections (Hotfix, Servicepack) for SW medical products and necessary deliveries (advantageous)
