Job Summary

This role supports the global Cybersecurity Assurance function by providing objective, factual, and independent assurance to executive management. The Associate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, measuring, and monitoring Cybersecurity risks by performing hands-on risk assessments of established processes and controls. A core component of the job involves preparing and executing comprehensive Cybersecurity audits across Siemens' global IT systems, products, services, and software development centers. The successful candidate will assess security governance, including incident handling and vulnerability management, and translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable management information. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, professional experience in Cybersecurity or IT/Cybersecurity audit (ideally from a 'Big 4' firm or consultancy), and fluency in English.
