Job Summary

This role is central to managing and coordinating the IT infrastructure and application landscape within a specific Business Unit at Siemens Smart Infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT assets, including end devices, software, and associated services. A key part of the day-to-day work involves conducting and supporting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to evaluate the criticality, failure risks, and security implications of enterprise-wide IT applications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards. Furthermore, the manager will support the digital transformation by collaborating with internal departments to gather and implement new IT requirements, analyze inventory data to inform strategic investment decisions for replacements, and identify optimization potential through modern technologies and automation.
