Job Summary

This role involves developing and executing technical training programs focused on software and PLC systems for an internationally active machinery technology company. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials, including presentations and worksheets, establishing course content based on objectives, and managing training schedules and agendas. A core part of the role is conducting training sessions for customers globally as needed, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, and implementing necessary improvements. Furthermore, the trainer will oversee the electrical and PLC equipment of the training machines.
