Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Development Engineer specializing in ASIC and RF technology to support a renowned client in the aerospace and radar sector in Munich. The core focus involves the characterization and validation of Mixed-Signal-ASICs, RFICs, and MMICs. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and optimizing complex measurement setups for high-frequency analysis, conducting measurements on coaxial and wafer probes in the micro- and millimeter-wave range, and performing data acquisition and analysis using tools like MATLAB or Python. The engineer will also manage documentation, assess design and test processes, provide cost/time estimates, and offer technological support across various departments (Design, Test, Production). Candidates must hold a relevant degree in Electrical or High-Frequency Engineering and possess strong expertise in RF metrology, calibration, and semiconductor device characterization. Proficiency in both German and English is highly desired for this full-time, permanent position.
