Job Summary

This permanent position as a Laboratory Technician in Olbernhau is centered on ensuring the stringent quality assurance and control of milk and various dairy products. Day-to-day responsibilities involve meticulous sampling of raw milk, intermediate products during manufacturing, and final products, ensuring complete compliance with all legal regulations and internal quality standards. A core task includes conducting sensory evaluations, assessing products based on odor, taste, appearance, and consistency. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the careful documentation of all test results, data evaluation, and the creation of detailed reports.
