Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and modifications, managing external contractors, and supporting technical facility management in various infrastructure projects (HVAC, electrical, fire protection). Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental, Supply, or Energy Technology, or equivalent technical qualifications combined with extensive professional experience.
