Job Summary

This role is a critical Production Assistant position focused on the manufacturing of biological pericardial patches, essential medical implants used in cardiovascular surgery. The successful candidate will work extensively in a cleanroom environment, executing tasks such as the preparation of biological tissues, ensuring the sterility of workspaces and equipment, and manufacturing sterile process solutions. A key part of the role involves meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and maintaining high concentration levels required for sterile production processes. Candidates should ideally possess vocational training as a Biological, Chemical, or Medical Technical Assistant (BTA, CTA, MTA) or equivalent laboratory qualification, though motivated career changers are also considered. Experience with sterile work is highly beneficial.
