Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced professional to assume the technical and organizational leadership of the electrical workshop for a prominent client in the Aschaffenburg area. The Electrical Workshop Manager will be responsible for the planning and coordination of daily workflows, ensuring strict adherence to both quality standards and workplace safety guidelines. A key focus of the position involves supporting technical inquiries, managing interfaces, and driving continuous process optimization within the workshop environment. Candidates must possess a successfully completed vocational qualification as a Mechatronics Technician or Electronics Technician, ideally supplemented by further training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician. Several years of professional experience, particularly within mechanical engineering or a comparable industrial sector, are essential. Familiarity with PLC technology and control systems is considered advantageous. This position offers a secure, permanent contract opportunity, initially through temporary staffing with the option for direct permanent employment.
