The IT Security and Resilience Engineer will be a key player in ensuring a secure, transparent, and efficient IT environment within a leading German bank, focusing heavily on vulnerability management. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining, operating, and evolving pragmatic security mechanisms, coordinating IT changes and transformation projects, and actively shaping the bank's IT security strategies and minimum standards. This role involves steering external service providers in the vulnerability management context, defining relevant policies and processes, and preparing security-relevant topics for management and committees. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or IT Security, over five years of relevant professional experience in regulated environments (banking/critical infrastructure), and strong proficiency in both German (C1) and English (B2/C1).
