Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating the Building Services Engineering team to ensure the uninterrupted supply of essential utilities—including heating, process heat, compressed air, drinking and process water, and climate control—across the site. The Lead Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions in building systems, performing minor maintenance and repairs (especially in plumbing and heating), and managing external contractors through scheduling, control, and quality assurance. Key requirements include advanced qualifications, such as a Master Craftsman certification in plumbing, heating, or climate technology, along with several years of professional experience in building services, maintenance, or facility management. The position requires strong leadership skills, a structured approach, proficiency in maintenance software, and excellent German language skills, offering a challenging opportunity to ensure operational continuity within a growing European market leader in ignition technology.
