Job Summary

This Senior Data Engineer role is perfect for a data enthusiast who excels in building and maintaining robust data pipelines and driving data-driven decisions. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for stable and efficient ELT processes, ensuring high data quality through rigorous quality checks, and developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports. A key part of the role involves conducting deep analytical dives to derive strategic recommendations and proactively identifying plan deviations. You will collaborate closely with management, contributing actively to strategic planning and fostering knowledge sharing within the team. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with data orchestration tools like dbt and cloud platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery. Fluency in German (C1) is required for effective communication in this remote-friendly position across Germany.
