Job Summary

This challenging role as a Substation Service Technician involves ensuring the reliable and economical operation and maintenance of high-voltage network substations. Key daily activities include preparing, executing, and monitoring maintenance work according to operational regulations, accepting construction and assembly services, and leading comprehensive troubleshooting and fault elimination efforts. The technician is also responsible for providing plant instructions and supervising various construction and maintenance measures on substation systems. Furthermore, the role requires managing land damage regulation and coordinating with property owners, and participation in on-call duty is mandatory. Candidates must possess vocational training in electrical engineering, comprehensive technical knowledge, and ideally, existing switching authorization. Strong soft skills like teamwork and initiative are essential, along with a Class B driving license and fluent German proficiency.
