Job Summary
This role involves executing repairs, service assignments, and commissioning tasks, typically within a 200 km radius of your residence in the Bavaria region, minimizing the need for overnight stays. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating detailed work reports and protocols, managing technical aspects of customer service deployments, and providing technical support, consultation, and training to other service technicians. You will also offer remote support via phone and email from your home office and manage spare parts, including maintaining a small inventory. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, potentially as a Master Craftsman or Technician, and preferably has customer service experience. A Class B driving license is mandatory for this field-based role.
