As a Process Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing and developing ERP systems, particularly focusing on forecast and capacity planning functionalities. Your day-to-day will involve planning and implementing projects to enhance system capabilities, providing crucial support at system interfaces, and contributing to the evolution of Business Intelligence tools. You will also be key in supporting and guiding ERP rollouts, designing, implementing, and testing new capacity planning processes, and ensuring accurate system parameterization and data maintenance. Required Skills
Education
Completed relevant vocational training or university degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration)
Experience
- Professional experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Experience in supporting system interfaces and BI tool development
- Experience in supporting and guiding ERP rollouts
- Experience in conceptualizing, implementing, and testing new capacity planning processes
