Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated 2nd Level IT Support Technician specializing in System Integration, working for a major IT service provider supporting public sector clients in Osnabrück and Braunschweig. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive 2nd level support, focusing on identifying and resolving technical faults within the client environment, including PCs, printers, and peripherals, utilizing various channels such as ticketing systems, phone, and face-to-face interaction. Key tasks include independent support within the Microsoft Windows ecosystem (Windows 10/11, Office 365), performing fault analysis, documenting tickets, and managing IT hardware inventory, deployment, and Mobile Device Management. Candidates must possess a completed technical IT qualification, ideally as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and be ITIL Foundation V4 certified or prepared to achieve it quickly. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable technical training. ITIL Foundation V4 certification required (or willingness to obtain promptly).

Experience
