Key responsibilities include managing Session-Border-Controllers, Unified Communications, end devices, and system documentation. The specialist will proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical faults within the TK environment, manage contracts for broadband connections (WAN and Internet), and lead projects in the TK and broadband sectors.
