Job Summary

This role involves the strategic planning, conception, and implementation of technical solutions within Identity Management for a major public service provider in Westphalia-Lippe. The Identity Management Administrator will be responsible for creating strategic concepts, introducing and maintaining technical measures to execute the strategy, and developing automation scripts, particularly for user administration, using PowerShell. Day-to-day tasks include handling orders via IT Service Management tools and providing advanced second-level user support remotely and over the phone, working closely with the first-level support team. The ideal candidate possesses strong conceptual skills, foundational experience in strategic planning, and expertise in Microsoft Active Directory.
