Job Summary

This role involves the independent development of electronic hardware solutions for innovative systems, focusing on lighting, intelligent surfaces, E/E systems (MiKo), and motorized drives. The Hardware Developer will define the overall mechatronic concept and system specifications, and manage technical development documentation according to Automotive standards. Key responsibilities include creating layouts and schematics using tools like Mentor Expedition, conducting electrical and thermal simulations, and driving the conceptual development of technology platforms, circuit topologies, and specific key components such as ASICs. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, possesses initial experience with technology platforms and ASICs, and is proficient in agile development methods. Success in this role requires strong collaboration within interdisciplinary project teams and excellent German and English language skills to manage international projects and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
