Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated In-House IT Infrastructure Consultant and Administrator to optimize processes and manage the IT landscape across the company group. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary IT contact for ERP, Windows, O365, network technology, and intranet systems in Gütersloh, serving as the critical IT interface within the corporate network, and liaising with external service providers and the external data protection officer. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, coupled with a hands-on, service-oriented, and analytical approach. This position offers a long-term, secure, full-time contract (36-hour week) within a successful family business, providing significant responsibility, scope for design, and opportunities for development and knowledge exchange within a collaborative team environment.
