Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Paint or Chemical Laboratory Technician to actively contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of a traditional, internationally oriented company in the graphic industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and evaluating quality-relevant tests and analyses, ensuring and continuously improving product quality, and participating in process optimization, particularly through the introduction of digital tools in the laboratory and quality assurance areas. You will collaborate closely with Research & Development, Production, and Management. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training as a Chemical or Paint Laboratory Technician, several years of professional experience in a laboratory setting (ideally with material, paint, or chemical relevance), and familiarity with quality management and IT-supported processes. This position offers significant scope for development, including a clear perspective for future leadership development, within a supportive team culture and flat hierarchies.
