Job Summary

This role involves providing qualified and reliable field service, application training, and troubleshooting for advanced ophthalmic and optical workshop equipment across the Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, Alsace, and Lorraine regions. The technician will be responsible for resolving technical issues both remotely (PC/phone) and on-site at opticians' practices, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include organizing and executing equipment installations, providing customer training on products, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product management teams to address customer needs. The ideal candidate has a technical background, basic field service experience, deep technical understanding, and proficiency in both German and French to effectively serve the bilingual region.
