This role seeks a dedicated Specialist Planner for Energy and Building Services Engineering to join an established planning firm in Berlin specializing in construction renovation, architecture, and urban development. The primary focus of the position involves the comprehensive planning and tendering (service phases 1-6) of renovation and new construction projects, primarily within the residential housing sector. Candidates should possess a relevant technical education, a Master Craftsman qualification, or a Technician qualification in HVAC. Professional experience in the field is highly desirable. Key tasks include ensuring efficient energy systems and technical building equipment are integrated into projects. While knowledge of Plancal Nova is a plus, the successful candidate must demonstrate an independent and flexible approach, coupled with strong team orientation.
