Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues, focusing heavily on 1st-Level Support within the IT Service Desk. The successful candidate will manage incoming telephone inquiries and incident reports, collaborating closely with customers to find solutions using existing documentation and internal resources. Key responsibilities also include providing general IT assistance to colleagues. Candidates should possess a completed technical education, though career changers are welcome, and ideally have practical experience in an IT Helpdesk environment. Essential technical knowledge includes proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, applications, and services such as Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, and O365. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and fluency in German (C1 level) are mandatory for success in this long-term position based in Heilbronn.
