Job Summary

The Construction Manager for Transformer Stations will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of low and medium-voltage systems within substations. Key responsibilities involve creating detailed tender documents (e.g., cable routes, distribution networks, load calculations), managing interfaces with internal and external partners, and ensuring technical quality across all project phases. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or technician qualification in Electrical or Energy Technology, coupled with foundational knowledge in electrical network systems and initial experience in planning low/medium-voltage installations. This position requires fluent German and English skills, a self-driven, team-oriented approach, and a willingness to travel, offering a chance to actively shape the company's growth within a supportive, flat-hierarchy environment.
