Job Summary
This role is a critical support function for the executive leadership of PAZ Pflegerische Ambulanzzentren GmbH, a modern healthcare provider specializing in outpatient nursing services. The position is split, dedicating 50% to assisting the Managing Director and 20% to general management support. Day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as the central point of contact for the executive office, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and events, and handling internal and external correspondence with partners, clinics, and payers. The successful candidate will also contribute to strategic initiatives through market monitoring, presentation creation, and cross-functional project coordination, including budget oversight and resource planning. Key requirements include a relevant degree or commercial training, at least three years of experience in an assistant or back-office role, strong organizational skills, and fluent German proficiency.
