Day-to-day, you will be the final point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing crucial 3rd-Level support and engaging directly with customers. A major responsibility involves the planning and implementation of necessary updates and patches to ensure system integrity, alongside essential software packaging and distribution, utilizing tools like MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager). You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of client systems and collaborate closely with other teams for seamless service integration. Success requires a completed IT Specialist qualification (System Integration) and a minimum of two years of professional experience in client administration, coupled with deep knowledge of MECM and ticket management systems.
