Job Summary
This role involves serving as an SAP HCM Consultant for the IT service provider of the GMH Group, one of Germany's climate-friendliest steel companies. The consultant will be responsible for the system maintenance, customizing, and ongoing development of core SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY). Key duties include leading and participating in SAP HCM projects across all phases, managing documentation and training, and expanding/maintaining Success Factors applications (LMS, Succession, Performance & Goals). Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or comparable experience, combined with deep knowledge of HR processes, basic social security and tax law, and proven consulting and communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible work arrangements within a supportive, flat organizational structure.

Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable vocational training with SAP HCM experience
Experience
- Professional experience in Personal Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY) modules
- Experience as an SAP Consultant in Payroll and Time Management modules
- Experience in Success Factors applications
- Experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of rules and schemes within SAP Payroll/Time Management
