Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who wants to drive significant change and modernization within a major service organization's communication landscape. The System Integration Engineer will be responsible for the continuous operation and development of highly available, secure, and scalable emergency and call center infrastructure. Key responsibilities include independently leading the modernization of telephony systems, selecting appropriate technologies, and implementing future-oriented solutions focused on efficiency and improved customer interaction. A critical component of the mission involves actively integrating AI solutions, such as voice bots, intelligent routing, and analytics, to create smarter and faster communication channels. The successful candidate will manage high-visibility projects, define next steps autonomously, and collaborate closely with field service, IT, engineering, and external partners to ensure systems are future-proof and optimized.

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in the administration and further development of call center, telephony, or IoT platforms
  • Project experience with clear outcome responsibility
