This role involves leading and managing a defined manufacturing area within a global market leader specializing in mobile solutions and industrial devices for hazardous environments. The Team Leader will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of production staff, ensuring the timely and cost-effective execution of production orders while maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and safe function of production equipment, supporting work planning for new product introductions and processes, and training new employees and apprentices. The ideal candidate possesses a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical background, coupled with experience in production management and team leadership.
