Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on system integration and support for various IT systems within the hospitality sector (hotels, gastronomy, and accommodation facilities) across Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of central systems, network components (servers and switches), and specialized hospitality technologies like LAN/WLAN, Digital Signage, Chromecast, centralized TV systems, and video surveillance. The specialist will provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, manage customer networks, and assist users and system partners on-site. Key requirements include a background in System Integration or comparable experience, fundamental knowledge of various operating systems (Linux, Windows, Android, IOS), expertise in networking (VLAN, Firewall, Routing), and a willingness to travel.
