Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the quality and integrity of concrete towers used in wind energy infrastructure, focusing specifically on the design, manufacturing, and installation phases. The specialist will actively supervise and support on-site quality assurance, manage technical non-conformities, and coordinate essential inspections, including Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing and compiling pre-assembly documentation, organizing the Gate 23 process for installation readiness, and managing incidents using software tools like UPVISE or ServiceNow. This position requires a strong background in engineering or wind energy, a solid understanding of health and safety procedures (LOTO, electrical safety), and the physical ability to climb wind turbines up to 180 meters. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to pioneering sustainable concrete tower technology and requires fluency in English along with a willingness to travel flexibly on-site.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field

Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the wind energy sector (alternatively to a degree)
  • Experience in construction, installation, commissioning, mechanical testing, and quality management
