Job Summary

This role requires an experienced leader to manage and organize a team of SAP specialists, ensuring the stable operation and continuous optimization of the company's critical SAP system landscape. Day-to-day responsibilities include resource planning, task distribution, and professional development for team members, alongside guaranteeing compliance with IT and corporate guidelines. The Group Lead will be responsible for the operation of the SAP system landscape (including SAP ERP, SAP HCM, BW4/HANA, and Cloud solutions), coordinating Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, and managing external service providers. A key focus is process optimization, requiring close collaboration with business departments to analyze and improve existing SAP processes and lead implementation projects. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, several years of leadership experience, and excellent knowledge of the SAP ERP environment, ITIL processes, and project management methodologies.
