Day-to-day tasks include performing user training, providing technical consultation to optimize system environments, and creating detailed technical documentation for clients. A key responsibility is the independent execution of smaller projects, managing them from initial planning through to final implementation. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical engineering or communication technology, deep knowledge of network technology (WLAN, VoIP, Routing, Switching), and practical experience with ITK systems setup and maintenance. Basic system administration skills in Microsoft and Linux environments are beneficial, along with a high degree of diligence and a structured working approach.
