Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive design and planning for Technical Building Services (TGA), specifically focusing on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HKLS) systems within demanding construction projects across multiple German locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed design and execution plans for various TGA trades, performing complex calculations such as heating and cooling loads, and sizing air ducts and piping networks. The engineer will also be responsible for generating quantity take-offs and assisting in the preparation of service specifications. Candidates must possess professional experience in construction and design, coupled with proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD or MEP. The position requires a strong technical background, ideally gained through vocational training combined with certification as a State-Certified Technician or Technical System Planner.
