Job Summary

This Trainee/Graduate position offers a structured entry point into hardware planning for energy and control systems, or programming SPS controls for these systems. The role begins with an intensive eight-week program, where you will learn electrical design using EPLAN and automation programming and visualization with Siemens TIA Portal, guided by experienced professionals. The curriculum is individually adjusted based on your existing experience from university or internships. Upon completion, you will transition into a role as an Electrical Planner or SPS Programmer, working on local projects. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, initial practical experience in the industry, and strong German (C1) and good English (B2) skills.
