This role involves supporting the Service Operations management within the DRV IT Infrastructure division, focusing on critical IT infrastructure for core applications. The specialist will be responsible for steering, analyzing, and developing complex internal business and IT processes, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability. Key tasks include creating strategic concepts, decision templates, reports for high-level stakeholders (ministries, authorities, committees), and managing quality control and controlling within the department. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in IT, Natural Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in a Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS) data center.
